Our slip rate-to-features ratio is second to none. We pride ourselves in being able to provide both the seasoned and casual boaters alike, choice mooring locations and the peace of mind that comes with using our facilities. Slip charges are based on a weighted formula relating to the amount of space used by a particular size of slip and not upon the lineal foot length of the slip.
Basic Rate: Rent is for the berth based on size of the slip indicated, including up to 3′ permitted overhang. Waiting List Deposit: $150.00 non-refundable – applied to the first month’s slip fee. Performance Fee: Equal to one (1) month basic slip rent. Liveaboard Charges: 50% of the basic slip rate. Available only on boats 35′ and larger. NO PETS. Card Key License: The FIRST TWO (2) keys are FREE – $25.00 for each additional key, non-refundable. Transfer Fee: The FIRST transfer is free – Additional transfers $50.00 ea. Guest Berths: All vessels – $1.50 per ft/per day – min. $45.00 $25.00 refundable card deposit.
